Scaled a digital + print-on-demand shop to 900+ sales and $1,000+/month in 14 months — solo. Ran continuous product experiments, built an n8n automation workflow to track orders, expanded into physical calendars for Q4 at 2–3× the margin of digital products.

Learned: Iteration speed, data-driven decisions, owning outcomes end-to-end.
Staff Accountant — Famme & Co.
London, ON · Jan 2024 – Aug 2024
Very Good

Ranked 2nd firm-wide in personal tax return volume during the 2024 tax season. Prepared T1s, T4s, and T5s for a full client portfolio. Found a real flow state in high-volume, high-accuracy work — stayed late because I wanted to, not because I had to.

Learned: Discipline, CRA compliance, what it feels like to be genuinely good at something.
Sales & Operations — Window Cleaning

Joined a former coworker's window cleaning business — met at Dairy Queen — to help expand operations and meet growing demand. Managed scheduling, client outreach, and day-to-day ops for a 3-person crew. My first real taste of entrepreneurship and what effort-in vs. reward-out actually means.

Learned: How to sell in person. How to show up every day. What it costs to build something.

Excellent

Recovered over $100,000 in commodity tax overpayments for corporate clients through detailed financial data analysis. First co-op, first "Excellent" — set a standard I've tried to match since.

Learned: Financial analysis, attention to detail, what an Excellent evaluation actually requires.
